By accessing or using Realto ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, agents, builders, vendors, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using Realto, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Registration

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Listings & Content

Users who post property listings, projects, or vendor profiles are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information they provide. Realto does not guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.

You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, or that violates any applicable law including RERA regulations.

We reserve the right to review, moderate, edit, or remove any listing or content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

5. Property Transactions

Realto is a marketplace that connects buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and service providers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not act as a broker, agent, or legal advisor unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, verifying legal documents, and obtaining independent professional advice before entering into any property transaction or auction.

6. Auctions

Auction listings, including bank and Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) auctions, are provided for informational purposes. Always verify reserve prices, EMD requirements, and legal documents independently with the relevant authority before bidding.

Realto is not responsible for the outcome of any auction or the conduct of any auctioning authority.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features are available through paid subscription plans. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, copy, or harvest data without permission; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; (d) post spam, malware, or harmful content; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, excluding user-generated content, including the Realto name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realto disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
